The 2015 Alaqua Animal Refuge Hunks and Hounds calendar will be officially released at a beach bonfire party on Wednesday at The Bay.
At the bonfire, Chef Ben Steeno will serve up delicious hors d’oeuvres while The Courtyard Saints with special guest Kenny Olivero of Dread Clampitt perform on the restaurant’s patio.
What could be better than that? Well, hunks and hounds, of course.
Meet some of the guys from the calendar and get a sloppy kiss from Mr. January himself, Droopy T, the basset hound.

The calendar, which features photos of men alongside their best, furry friends, benefits the Alaqua Animal Refuge, the premier no-kill animal shelter in Northwest Florida. Since it’s inception in 2007, the refuge has placed over 10,000 animals of all kinds into homes. Alaqua has grown to become a recognized leader in animal welfare and animal cruelty prevention.
The free event runs from 6 to 9 p.m. Calendars will be on sale and a Justin Lyons painting featured in the calendar will be auctioned.
