New Homesites at WaterSound Camp Creek Gated Community

The Watersound Camp Creek community announced that “Phase 2 Release 2” homesites will soon be offered for sale. Watersound Camp Creek is a new gated community billed as “close to everything,” including Florida’s famous Scenic Highway 30A.

With lots from 1/4 to nearly one full acre, the community offers easy access to many resort-like amenities, yet is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Scenic 30A and US Highway 98. These will be the first homesites released in the community with views of the exclusive Camp Creek Golf Course, and only 263 total lots will eventually be made available to the public.
