Models, Designers and Stars Hit the Red Carpet for Fashion Week

South Walton Fashion Week drew celebrities, models, designers, leaders in the fashion world and anyone with an interest in fashion or local art and design to South Walton for four full days of events.

Amanda Valentine, of Project Runway fame, was one of five judges in the emerging designer competition. The local designers walked their one-of-a-kind lines down the runways all weekend, an opportunity to showcase their work, develop their skills and vie for best in show.

Another judge, Emily Erusha-Hilleque, the design director for Target Corporation, travels all over the world to evaluate new designer lines for Target, as well as find celebrity and high-end lines that can be modified and brought to Target consumers.
