The South Walton Fire District seeks applications for Communications Division Director. The ideal candidate is someone who has the knowledge, skills and abilities to manage/coordinate the Fire District’s Communications Division, including the planning and development of goals, policies, procedures, progressive leadership and supervision of the 911 Communications Center staff, and excellent customer service skills.

Position requirements include:
• Florida Public Safety Telecommunicator certification
• Emergency Medical Dispatcher certification
• Emergency Fire Dispatcher certification
• Quality Assurance certification
