Sand Up Comedy Festival: Laughs, Love, and Community This Valentine’s Weekend
The Sand Up Comedy Festival, a beloved event from last year, is back for Valentine’s Day weekend, ready to bring more laughter and community spirit.
From Thursday, February 13 to Saturday, February 15, the festival will host performances at six distinct venues across Walton and Bay Counties, featuring comedians you’ve seen on Netflix, Comedy Central, and more.
Whether you’re out with loved ones, enjoying friends’ company, or embracing solo adventures, the festival promises top-notch humor to make your Valentine’s Day special.

The festival unfolds in diverse spaces:
SOWAL House, Rosemary Beach: A creative hub ideal for close-up performances.
Distillery 98, Santa Rosa Beach: A lively spot with unique spirits.
Grayton Beer Taproom, Santa Rosa Beach: Enjoy laughs with local craft beer.
Stinky’s Bait Shack, Dune Allen Beach: More than a bait shack, it’s a local gem for entertainment.
Beaches Comedy Club, Panama City Beach: A dedicated space for comedy fans.
Mosey’s Downtown, Panama City: A relaxed venue for late-night humor.
Dave King, President of SOWAL Foundation and festival co-founder, shares, “Building on last year’s energy, we’re excited to bring world-class comedy while uplifting our local arts community.”
Giving Back to Local Artists

Proceeds benefit the SOWAL Foundation, a nonprofit supporting Walton County’s creative talent, including artists, fashion designers, and filmmakers. Through resources, advocacy, and community programs, the foundation champions the transformative power of the arts.
