Unit­ed Air­lines Launches Non-stop Flights to Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport for Spring 2020

North­west Flori­da Beach­es Inter­na­tion­al Air­port (ECP) and Unit­ed Air­lines recently announced new non­stop ser­vice for Spring 2020 at ECP. Unit­ed Air­lines will be adding non­stop ser­vice on Sat­ur­days in March between ECP and Austin (AUS), Chica­go (ORD), Colum­bus (CMH), Den­ver (DEN) and St. Louis (STL).

“We are excit­ed for Unit­ed Air­lines to add more non­stop ser­vice for our pas­sen­gers this Spring,” said Park­er W. McClel­lan, Jr., A.A.E., North­west Flori­da Beach­es Inter­na­tion­al Air­port Exec­u­tive Direc­tor. ​“This new ser­vice allows us to wel­come our friends from across the nation, and like­wise, we expect these routes to be pop­u­lar among our local residents.”

The new ser­vice aligns with spring break hol­i­day sched­ules and the tra­di­tion­al uptick in tourism the Region expe­ri­ences dur­ing the month of March.

2019 and 2020 will con­tin­ue to bring count­less rea­sons for friends and fam­i­lies to vis­it Pana­ma City Beach, South Wal­ton, Scenic highway 30A and sur­round­ing areas, and now get­ting here is even eas­i­er for fam­i­lies out west.

ECP’s con­tin­ued growth puts North­west Flori­da on the map and ensures addi­tion­al oppor­tu­ni­ties to the Region. Pas­sen­ger totals for the upcom­ing year are expect­ed to top 1.2 mil­lion visitors.
