Holiday Sand Sculptures in Seaside

Seaside hosted a special sand sculpture out on the beach this past week, and the expert sculptors — Rick Mungeam (www.BeachSandSculptures.com) and Mark Flynn (www.sandodyssey.com) — will create it again this Saturday and Sunday (9AM-5PM). Families from as far away as California have used the unique opportunity to take their family holiday card photos, and Seaside reports that there was even a marriage proposal in front of the sculpture! Visitors and locals are welcome to come out this weekend to take photos, and then to stick around for the Turn on the Town festivities, including a visit from the big man in red himself!!
