Cocktail DIY: The Bay 331

Coconut rum, banana schnapps and a host of other flavors combine in The Bay’s 331 cocktail that packs a delicious punch! This inventive concoction has been a hit at The Bay since it was introduced into their extensive craft cocktail menu. The popular bayside restaurant is located at the foot of the US 331 Bridge, hence the name of this signature cocktail.

Bartender Matthew Shields was nice enough to show us how he makes this specialty cocktail.

The Bay 331

1.5 ounces of Rum Haven coconut rum1/2 ounce of Banana schnapps1/2 ounce orange juice1/2 ounce pineapple juice

Shake and strain into a pint glass over ice or strain into a chilled martini glass

Finishing Touches

Top with a floating dash of Myer’s Dark RumGarnish with orange half-wheel and cherry
