Beach Cocktail DIY: The Classic Mojito

The Mojito is a traditional Cuban drink known for being very refreshing which is why it makes such a great beach drink. The Great Southern Café in Seaside, Florida, makes different variations of mojitos including strawberry, peach, mango, cherry, coconut, watermelon and pineapple guava. You should try them all before choosing your favorite.  (We don’t recommend trying them all in the same day!) The classic mojito, however, is a bestseller at this popular Florida beach bar.

Don’t be intimidated by a mojito — crushing mint leaves and lime wedges together is as hard as it ever gets.
