April Artist of the Month: Charlotte Arnold

Friends of the Coastal Branch Library are pleased to announce that Charlotte Arnold is their featured artist for the month of April.

Charlotte earned a BA in art from California State University. She has studied figure and portraits with master painters, Rose Frantzen, Carolyn Anderson, and Dan Gerhartz, and Plein Air with John Budicen, Jeff Horn and Ralph Oberg. She worked as an illustrator in California for several years before moving to Florida to concentrate on her fine art career.
