Beach Cocktail: The Sunny Bunch

Havana Beach Bar and Grill inside the Pearl Hotel offers many elevated cocktails in Rosemary Beach. The Sunny Bunch is no exception.

This delightful citrus drink is absolutely perfect for a lazy vacation day or after a long day in the hot sun.

Mixologist Sire Negri shows us how he makes this signature drink.

Sunny Bunch

1oz Bombay Sapphire Gin1oz Belvedere Pink Grapefruit Vodka0.5 oz Tuaca Liqueur0.5 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice0.5 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice0.75 oz Simple Syrup

Preparation

Please all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe or a martini glass. Garnish with 4 drops of orange blossom water and a Grapefruit Peel.
