The real estate market in 30A Beaches experienced a decline in sales during April, with a total of 94 homes and condominiums closed and 82 new contracts signed. During the month, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida achieved impressive sales results, closing nearly $47 million in sales volume across 28 transaction sides. In the month of April, the brokerage experienced significant success in Walton and Okaloosa counties, achieving an impressive sales volume of over $71 million.
