Nearly 2,000 People Run the 2nd Annual 30A 10K
Thanks to ISACKS IMAGERY for capturing this super-cool aerial footage of the starting line this morning!
On Thanksgiving morning, 2,000 running enthusiasts, 200 community volunteers and 50 local sponsors and businesses participated in the 2nd Annual 30A 10K & 1 Mile Fun Run Charity Race in Rosemary Beach.

The Pearl — Rosemary Beach’s luxury boutique hotel — kicked-off the festivities on Wednesday during the Race Expo. The expo was open to the public and featured the 30A Gear Truck, surprise “photobombs” by the 30A 10K Turkey Mascot, a raffle featuring a YOLO Board, a new cruiser bicycle from Big Daddy’s Bike Shop, a giant Gigi’s Penguin and complimentary yoga classes with lululemon athletica ambassadors.
The race officially began at Barrett Square in Rosemary Beach on Thanksgiving Day when an estimated 1,500 people ran the 10K and 500 kids and adults ran the 1 Mile Fun Run.
All race proceeds benefit three charities this year, including Donations 4 Danny, Food for Thought Outreach and Lighthouse Family Retreat.
